HOW TO MAKE PAZHAYA SORU:

IMPORTANT NOTE: American Nutrition Association have listed the benefits of Pazhaya soru. Scientists had a research on Pazhaya soru by keeping it in various vessels like Aluminium, Mud pot, Steel, etc. By the end of the result, leftover rice in Mud pot had high benefits that mentioned above than the other. 

1. Take the leftover rice in the Mud Pot  or in a bowl and pour some water(make sure water level should be above the rice).



2. Cover it with the lid.
3. Leave it untouched overnight. (NOTE: Don't refrigerate it).
4. In the morning, drain the excess water.



5. Add Butter milk until it reaches the top of the rice.



6. Add some salt and mix it with your hand(only the right)✋ which makes you feel that you are connected with the food what you eat.



This is the main dish. You can have varieties of Side dishes with which it adds more taste to the food.
