INGREDIENTS:
For Masala:
Groundnut oil
25 Small Onions(shallots)
4 Red chillies
5 Curry leaves
4 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin seed
4 Pepper corns
3 inch Cinnamon
1 tsp Fennel seed
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
For Gravy:
Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
5-6 Shallots
5-6 Green chillies
5 Curry leaves
1/2 kg Goat Intestine
Groundnut oil
25 Small Onions(shallots)
4 Red chillies
5 Curry leaves
4 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin seed
4 Pepper corns
3 inch Cinnamon
1 tsp Fennel seed
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
For Gravy:
Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
5-6 Shallots
5-6 Green chillies
5 Curry leaves
1/2 kg Goat Intestine
DIRECTIONS TO COOK:
1. Cook 1/2 kg goat's intestine in warm water for 3 minutes.
2. Take it out when it becomes thick and cut it into small pieces and wash it in normal water.
3. Set aside the cleaned intestine, and lets prepare for the masala.
4. In a pan, Put all the ingredients for masala listed above in order.
5. Cook for 5-10 minutes in low-medium flame.
6. Then, Blend it into a smooth paste.
7. In another pan, Put all the ingredients for Gravy listed above in order and add 1 cup water.
8. Cover the pan with the lid. Allow it to cook for 5 mins.
9. Add masala with 1 cup water and cover the pan with the lid. Allow it to cook for 20-25 mins in low-medium flame.
10. Garnish with Coriander leaves(optional). Ready to serve.😋
You can serve this Gravy with Rice, Dosa, Chapati.
