Are you consuming this slow poison?



On seeing the picture itself you have a guess, what I meant as slow poison. Yes, I meant white sugar as slow poison. The foods and the snacks we consuming daily has this poison. Because it is bad for our body and the brain. I have experienced that the things have changed in my personal life after stop consuming white sugar. I replaced few natural things in stead of having white sugar.  I want to share the alternative ways for sweetener what I have been consuming.

By consuming white sugar, it accelerates aging that contributes to wrinkles and sagging of skin that shows you older than your actual age. White sugar increases the risk of Obesity, Heart disease, and more over it increase the glucose level that leads to Diabetes. It also contributes tooth decay mostly in children. To avoid these things here are the three alternatives:

Sugarcane Jaggery :



Here are the few things why you should intake Jaggery instead of white sugar. Jaggery is obtained by boiling raw sugarcane juice in a large, flat-bottomed pan until it becomes paste. In this process, Dirt or other impurities are removed by skimming off the top until the yellow paste remains. Yellow paste  is transformed into another container where it cools to become Jaggery.

SUGARCANE JAGGERY is used in many of the Indian medicines. It treats cold and cough. It helps in effective digestion, purifies blood, it also treats anemia and menstrual disorders as it is rich in iron and many essential nutrients. And finally if you are trying to lose weigh, here is the solution which increases your body metabolism. Palm Jaggery looks similar to Sugarcane Jaggery. PALM JAGGERY is another substitute for sugar which is available in the market. It is made out of tender palm water (Palm nectar).
