INGREDIENTS:
2 Cup Boiled milk
1/4 Cup sugar
Salt
1 Cup leftover rice
3 Cardamons
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
5-6 Raisin
5-6 Cashew nuts
5-6 Almonds
METHOD:
1. Take leftover rice or cooked rice and blend it into smooth paste. Keep it aside.
2. Take boiled milk in a pan as mentioned above.
3. Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Add blended rice (make sure there should be no lumps).
5. After 5 mins, add Cardamon, Cinnamon powder. Stir it well.
6. Add Raisin, Cashew nuts, Almonds, when it becomes slightly thick. Then turn off the flame.
That's it.You can serve it now.
