Among Diary products, Butter milk is the one which is a Healthy drink. I share my story to you, then you know why I am encouraging Buttermilk to be a part of your Healthy Diet.
It was a Friday night, that I and my friends had street food (Kothu Parotta and panipuri ) which caused indigestion and diarrhea. I had a discomfort in stomach the whole night. I didn't go to hospital, instead my mother prepare Breakfast(Rice with Buttermilk and salt) for me. The day 1 I add more amount of Buttermilk to my diet.
Within 1-2 days, I was back to normal. I really love it. My Heartfelt thanks to Buttermilk💗.

MAKING BUTTERMILK AND BUTTER:
How nice, when you make your fovourite food at your home with your loved one.
I always make Butter in a traditional way by churning the curd with my mother. We used to chat while making food at home. It will be full of fun and sometimes we finish our dinner in the kitchen itself in the name of tasting.

It will be fun when you make it with your child. But its Okay if you are single.
There is a traditional way of making Butter and Buttermilk from curd. But it is a short process that takes 10-15 minutes.

TRADITIONAL METHOD( Indian style ):
Ingredients:
2 cup - Thick curd
3 cup - Water
2. Add water to the curd.
3. Churn the curd continuously for 5 minutes using buttermilk churner. Now you can see pale yellow lumps forming at the side of the vessel.
4. After 10 minutes of churning, check whether the solid Butter lumps formed, stick to the buttermilk churner. Then you can skim the butter.
7. Save the Butter in a airtight container or in a box and store it in Fridge. Here is my Homemade Butter balls.
3 cup - Water
NOTE: The liquid level should be just above the churner or keep the churner at the surface of the liquid. It helps to make foam while churning.
Direction:
1. Take Thick curd in a pot or long vessel in order to avoid splashing of buttermilk.2. Add water to the curd.
3. Churn the curd continuously for 5 minutes using buttermilk churner. Now you can see pale yellow lumps forming at the side of the vessel.
4. After 10 minutes of churning, check whether the solid Butter lumps formed, stick to the buttermilk churner. Then you can skim the butter.
5. Take out the butter from the buttermilk and put it into clean water to remove the buttermilk from the butter.
6. Take out the cleaned butter from the water. Make sure that no water should stick to the butter.
7. Save the Butter in a airtight container or in a box and store it in Fridge. Here is my Homemade Butter balls.
8. You can use the Buttermilk for the day's meal.
