Spicy Chicken Drumstick - Traditional cooking


Ingredients:
  • Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Fennel seeds, Cloves
  • Mint leaves
  • turmeric powder
  • chilli powder
  • pepper powder
  • rice flour
  • ginger garlic paste
  • curd
  • salt to taste


Lets cook:

In a pan, without oil put Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Fennel seeds, Cloves. Make sure to keep it in medium flame. After a min, sprinkle some water and add some amount of water according to chicken leg you have taken. Then add mint leaves, salt. Before putting chicken leg into the water mixture, slit the chicken and cook. After it get cooked, add turmeric, red chilli powder, pepper powder, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, curd and mix it well. Then fry it.

Step by step:

   To cook chicken leg we have to prepare water, so take a pan without oil put some bay leaf, cinnamon, fennel seeds, cloves and add water.
Before adding chicken leg, split chicken leg to cook well



and allow it to boil.
After chicken get cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder( for bright red colour you can add kasmiri chilli powder ), pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, curd and mix it well.
 Leave it for few minutes and fry it.

Your spicy village chicken drumstick is ready.Garnish with Onion and Lemon.
